MEET TIANA, THE FOUNDER OF
T YOGI HOLISTICS
She is an alignment focused yoga and pilates teacher with an enthusiasm for mindfulness. Through her combined interest of anatomy and the mind-body connection, she found her passion of teaching mindful yoga and pilates to others.
While these practices are not focused on aesthetic, Tiana finds alignment to very important. Her goal is to teach you the safest way to practice as you build a strong foundation to support yourself throughout your movement. Her focus when creating classes is to provide her students the opportunity to explore the limits, ranges and boundaries of movement that best fit their unique body.
She incorporates the mindful aspect to encourage patience on the mat, providing us the mental space and clarity we need to reduce our reactivity. Cultivating this mindset allows us to respond to life more proactively.
As she teaches she will help you stay present with this mindset with the hope you are able to take it off the mat into your everyday life.
