  • YOGA

    A spiritual practice that’s combined with physical postures, breath work and meditation to improve overall health. In its literal meaning, yoga means “union.” The union of the mind, body and spirit that increases awareness of the self. Creating strength and flexibility, yoga also cultivates a calm mind set that you can take with you off the mat. It’s not just a physical practice, its a way of life.

  • PILATES

    A low impact exercise developed by Joseph Pilates, that focuses on building the core while strengthening the entire body. To improve overall health the system is designed to include exercises for every part of the body. They are performed with attention to the breath and proper form; creating efficient movement patterns, increasing flexibility, improving balance and coordination while decreasing stress.

  • YOGALATES

    A fusion of both the mental and physical practices of yoga and pilates. It combines the yogic focus on enhanced mind-body connection with the posture enhancing dynamics of pilates. Providing a series of simple foundational practices, pilates emphasizes the importance of pelvic and spinal stability that is needed to safely access the whole body, complex poses of yoga. Embodying the benefits of both practices, the yogic mindset teaches us patiences as we learn to strengthen ourselves as a whole.

  • "As a consistent long time gym goer and recreational athlete I had considered practicing yoga for quite some time. Admittedly I always found it intimidating because the culture behind it is very strong. This past summer (summer 2022) I finally took the leap and attended a hot yoga session with Tiana....wow. My anxieties of being completely inexperienced and surrounded by dedicated yoga practicers were way out of proportion. Tiana made all poses simplistic and the pace was very manageable even for a novice like me. While the poses were simplistic I was astounded how difficult some of them were to hold! I walked in anxiety ridden and tense but walked out feeling completely relaxed and centered. After a second session I immediately signed up for a month!"
